TorATM is an anonymous p2p commodity exchange that operates in real-time. It was designed to easily allow anyone with a twenty dollar bill and access to tor the ability to buy anonymously.

Escrow

TorATM has a built-in escrow system to facillate matched trades between members.

Fees for selling bitcoins is 0%.

Fees for selling twenty dollar bills is 6-1% depending on the member's community standing.
