A fixed-rate exchange for buying bitcoins using bank transfer (EUR) or by depositing cash at the Spanish bank OpenBank. Bitcoins may sold in exchange for EUR as well.

The exchange charges a 2% fee. The exchange rates is calculated on the current USD market rates from MtGox. The USD rate is then converted EUR/USD published by the European Central Bank.

The service was announced on April 18th, 2011^[1].
