BTCServ is a free for all Mining Pool with Pay-Per-Share Bitcoin rewards located in Germany. The pool has launched on July 9th, 2011 and is steadily growing since then. Its features are native Long Polling, SSL encrypted user interface with user statistics, mobile website and fast payouts.
at feburary of 2012 the pool got hacked and 400BTC was stolen, since that it is offline

BTCServ does not charge a fee, it offers the user to set up automatic donations which support the pool.
